There are two primary costs associated with obtaining a medical marijuana card in Delaware:

Healthcare Practitioner Certification: Patients must be certified by a Delaware-licensed healthcare practitioner (MD, DO, APRN, or PA) authorized to recommend medical cannabis under the Delaware Medical Marijuana Act. The cost of the medical evaluation varies by provider and is paid directly to the healthcare practitioner.

State Registration Fee: After receiving certification, patients must submit their application and pay the applicable fee to the Office of the Marijuana Commissioner. The fees are:
